We have sponsorship to cover some of the travel and registration costs of some attendees. Priority will be determined by (1) the interest and importance of the participants’ proposed contribution to the organising committee; (2) participants who require only partial sponsorship because they are able to meet some of their own costs; and, (3) the residence of the participant – we will be prioritising local and regional participation in the first instance.
To apply for sponsorship simply explain how much money it would cost in total for you to attend. Then state how much of that cost you can meet yourself. Do this in the body of the email with which you send us your proposed contribution.
When explaining the cost of your attendance please itemising the budget according to local and international transport costs, registration costs and other (specify). Please state which / how much of these budget lines you can meet. Then we will be able to specify what elements of the budget we can meet.
The organising committee will determine the distribution sponsorship when it decides upon which proposals to accept for the conference in September 2013. We will let you know the outcome in October 2013.

Also for those who didn’t know what is it, should asked to come to get improved knowlegde to improve community livelihood while ensuring environmental friendly economic activities.
